Frame Shape and Parts Inventory
Round, rectangular and oval trampolines use different rail and leg layouts. Sort frame sections, legs, mat, springs or bands, enclosure poles and hardware before assembly. A missing frame pin or spring can prevent safe, even tensioning.
Level Working Area
The ground should suit the manufacturer’s requirements and provide clearance from fences, branches and structures. Assembly on a significant slope can twist the frame and create uneven loading. Major grading or a constructed base is separate site work.
Mat and Spring Tension
Install the mat in a balanced sequence rather than completing one side first. Alternating across the frame distributes tension and makes later springs easier to connect. Use appropriate spring tools and keep hands clear of the tension path.
Enclosure and Padding
Enclosure poles, netting and safety pads should follow the product layout. Padding should cover springs/frame where designed, and net entry hardware should operate without gaps caused by a twisted frame.
If the product needs ground anchors, follow the manufacturer’s requirements and actual soil condition. Trampoline repair is a separate service when the existing frame or mat is damaged.
Weather and Final Placement
NJ-GoodHome does not make wind-rating or safety-certification claims beyond the product documentation. Call (223) 226-1828 with the trampoline model and site photos to discuss assembly scope.
Within a trampoline assembly request, assembly & installation and ab machine assembly stay separate paths when either issue expands beyond this page’s scope.
