Access and Safety Come First
Crawl spaces can contain low clearances, exposed wiring, standing water, mold-like growth, pests or unstable materials. Do not enter an unsafe space to gather photos. Tell us whether access is through an interior hatch, exterior opening or another route and what can be observed safely.
Repair the Cause Before the Finish
Wood or insulation damage caused by an active leak should not be treated as a surface-only repair. Plumbing leaks, exterior drainage or foundation water entry may need to be handled before damaged finishes or framing components are restored.
Insulation, Vapor and Framing Conditions
Loose insulation, torn ground cover and localized framing deterioration are different scopes. Broad encapsulation, structural foundation work, pest treatment or environmental remediation should not be silently bundled into a general repair request.
Related work may include Insulation or Foundation & Concrete Work depending on the actual condition.

Call NJ-GoodHome at (223) 226-1828 with access location, visible damage, moisture history and photos taken only from safe areas.
For crawl space repair, interior & utility remains the separate route when that adjacent need becomes the main customer task.
