Tabletop and Base Type
Some poker tables use folding legs; others have a pedestal or furniture-style base. Confirm how the top attaches before lifting it into place. A heavy one-piece top may require more handling space than the base itself. Damaged joints or base components in an existing furniture-style table need a separate furniture repair assessment; felt and upholstery work are not thereby included.
Rail, Cup Holders and Accessories
Padded rails and cup holders should sit flush around the playing area. Loose accessory inserts can be installed after the main frame is stable so they are not damaged during the flip or move.
Felt or Playing Surface Protection
Avoid placing tools, hardware or rough packaging on the playing surface. If the table arrives with damaged felt or upholstery, repair or re-covering is a different specialty from normal assembly and should not be promised as part of setup.
Leveling and Chair Clearance
A poker table should not rock when players lean on the rail. Check floor contact and use built-in levelers where provided. Leave enough room for chairs to pull back without blocking doors or room circulation.
A mixed entertainment-room project with several game products can move to arcade and game table assembly.
Final Placement
Measure the access route before building a large fixed-base table. Call NJ-GoodHome at (223) 226-1828 with the table dimensions, base type and destination-room photos.
For a project with several products, use assembly and installation services and list each item separately.
