New System or Existing-System Problem
A new installation involves indoor-unit locations, outdoor-unit placement, line-set routing, condensate and power requirements. Repair starts from symptoms such as no cooling/heating, leaks, noise or error codes. These should not be mixed into one assumed task.
Indoor Head Placement
Wall space, airflow path and condensate drainage matter. A head placed only for visual convenience can create poor air distribution or difficult line routing. Multi-zone systems also need coordination between rooms and outdoor equipment capacity.
Refrigerant and Electrical Boundaries
Line-set evacuation/charging, refrigerant work and new electrical circuits are regulated/specialist tasks. NJ-GoodHome does not claim those credentials without verification. The page can still help define the project and route appropriate scope.
For broader systems, see HVAC Services. Call (223) 226-1828 with unit model, number of zones and photos of proposed or existing equipment locations.
Within a mini-split installation, repair & replacement request, garage, appliances & hvac and air conditioning repair & replacement stay separate paths when either issue expands beyond this page’s scope.
