Frame Layout and Parts Staging
Spread major posts, beams, deck panels and hardware in the order shown by the manual. Similar timber pieces may have hole patterns for different locations. Staging the parts before raising the frame helps avoid supporting a partially assembled tower while looking for a missing brace. When an existing structure must come apart before this setup, playset disassembly is a separate scope from assembling the new kit.
Level Site and Fall Area
The footprint should sit on a surface appropriate for the product and allow clearance around swings, slides and climbing elements. A sloped yard can distort the frame and create uneven swing clearance. Major grading or a new constructed base should be treated as separate site work.
Tower, Beams and Bracing
Build the main tower square before adding swing beams or roof sections. Diagonal braces are part of the structural assembly, not optional trim. Hardware should be tightened to the manufacturer sequence so the frame does not pull out of alignment.
Swings, Slides and Moving Accessories
Swing hangers, chains, slides and climbing elements should be mounted to the designated structural points. Check movement clearances before final anchoring. Custom substitutions or alterations should not be assumed within kit assembly.
For a smaller structure without swings, playhouse assembly may be the more accurate service.
Anchoring and Final Inspection
Use the anchoring system designed for the product and the actual ground/base condition. NJ-GoodHome does not make engineered wind or playground-certification claims. Call (223) 226-1828 with the kit model and site information.
For a project with several products, use assembly and installation services and list each item separately.
