Running, Weak Flush or Visible Leak
A running toilet may involve fill/flush components. Water at the base can involve the seal, loose mounting or other issues. A cracked porcelain fixture should not be treated like a valve adjustment. Describe exactly where water appears and when.
Replacement Fit
Rough-in distance, bowl shape, overall depth and bathroom clearances affect replacement selection. Older installations may reveal flange or floor problems after removal. Those conditions can change the scope before a new toilet is secured.
Supply and Shutoff Condition
A usable shutoff and sound supply connection simplify replacement. Old valves or damaged piping may need qualified plumbing attention rather than being forced during fixture work.
For accessibility-focused toilet aids, see Toilet Safety Equipment Installation. Bidet products have a separate Bidet Installation page.

For toilet repair & installation, plumbing & bathroom remains the separate route when that adjacent need becomes the main customer task.
