Kit Type and Panel Material
Polycarbonate panels, glass systems and flexible-cover greenhouses assemble differently. Keep panel orientation and protective-film instructions organized before installation. Panels that are reversed or flexed into an out-of-square frame can leak or bind at the channels.
Base and Foundation
Some small kits use a perimeter base on compacted material, while larger products may specify anchors, treated framing or a slab. The base should be square before wall framing begins. New concrete or engineered foundations are separate site work unless expressly scoped.
Doors, Vents and Roof Alignment
Door openings and roof vents are useful indicators of frame geometry. Check diagonals and level as sections are added rather than waiting until the end. Roof panels need consistent support and correct overlap for drainage.
Utilities and Growing Systems
Shelving, irrigation, heaters, fans and electrical grow equipment may be added after the structure. Their electrical or plumbing connections are separate from basic greenhouse assembly. For a custom room-like addition rather than a kit greenhouse, use the primary home additions family.

Within a greenhouse assembly & installation request, exterior & outdoor and gazebo assembly & installation stay separate paths when either issue expands beyond this page’s scope.
