Concrete, Pavers, Decking and Siding Behave Differently
Hard concrete may tolerate a different approach than wood decking, painted siding or soft masonry. The cleaning method should account for surface age, coating condition and joints. Excess pressure can etch concrete, raise wood grain or drive water behind siding.
Stains vs Surface Dirt
Loose soil and mildew film are different from oil, rust, efflorescence or deep organic staining. Some marks require compatible cleaners or may not be removable without changing the surface. Cleaning should not be represented as guaranteed stain restoration.
Protect Adjacent Areas
Windows, electrical fixtures, vents, plants and open joints need consideration before washing begins. Runoff should not be intentionally directed toward doors, foundations or neighboring property.
If a deck needs finish restoration after cleaning, see deck staining and finishing. Damaged masonry belongs on masonry and concrete repair.

For power washing, exterior & outdoor remains the separate route when that adjacent need becomes the main customer task.
