Cleaning both sides can require different access. Fixed panes, double-hung sashes, sliders and tilt-in units each open differently. Do not force stuck windows simply to reach the exterior surface.
Screens and Tracks
Screens may need careful removal and reinstallation. Loose debris in tracks/sills is separate from repairing damaged balances, locks or frames. Screen damage belongs on Window Screen Repair & Replacement.
Height and Safe Access
Upper-story exterior windows can require ladder/equipment access that should be identified from photos before service. Unsafe roof access is not assumed as part of a basic cleaning request.
